The Regional People Lead, North America is responsible for leading and optimising People Operations across the region, ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient delivery of employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding. The role owns regional People Operations activities including policy and handbook management, employment documentation, reward operations support, People systems administration, reporting, and Employee Relations operational support. Working closely with regional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, the role drives operational excellence, maintains accurate and controlled People documentation, and supports continuous improvement across People Operations processes.
