The People Operations Generalist serves as a key member of the HR team, responsible for administering day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. This role supports HRIS transactions, benefits administration, leave management, recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee data management, compliance documentation, and employee support. The People Operations Generalist ensures accurate and timely processing of HR transactions while delivering exceptional customer service to employees and managers. Working collaboratively with the broader People & Culture team, the People Operations Generalist ensures consistent application of HR programs, policies, and practices while upholding Deli Star’s core values of trust, resilience, and creativity. The HR team is committed to strengthening Deli Star’s people-first culture and supporting the organization’s long-term business objectives.
