About The Position

As a People Operations Coordinator, this role supports the day‑to‑day operations of the Human Resources function, with a particular focus on Total Rewards. The Coordinator ensures accurate administration, positive employee experiences, and compliance with company policies and employment laws. This role works closely with employees, managers, and the broader People Operations team to deliver high‑quality service across key HR processes, including onboarding, benefits, payroll, HRIS transactions, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and is passionate about creating efficient and engaging people processes.

Requirements

  • Hybrid role requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week in the office.
  • 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in People Operations, HR coordination role, inclusive of internship experience.
  • Strong understanding of core HR functions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across different time zones.
  • Experience with BambooHR (preferred) or similar HRIS platforms; confident working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools.
  • Proactive, reliable, and resourceful—with a continuous improvement mindset and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and empathetic approach to employee support.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees across regions, addressing questions related to time tracking, payroll, benefits, leave, and policy.
  • Own payroll processing across the US, UK, and France, including validation of timekeeping, pay changes, deductions, and employee inquiries.
  • Maintain payroll documentation and reporting to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and bring recommendations for improving payroll operations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for benefits enrollment, employee questions, and vendor issue resolution across regions.
  • Support open enrollment, life event changes, and ongoing administration, ensuring accuracy across payroll and vendor systems.
  • Coordinate leave of absence, accommodations, and workers’ compensation processes with clear employee communication and proper documentation.
  • Reconcile benefit deductions and invoices in partnership with Finance.
  • Support global HR compliance, audits, unemployment claims, and documentation practices to ensure operational and regulatory alignment.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc People Ops reporting and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
