The People Operations Coordinator is an entry-level role designed to support business-critical processes within GumGum’s People (HR) team. This position acts as the first point of contact for employees and assists with the operations function, including HRIS administration, reporting, and the full employee lifecycle. This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to start their career in Human Resources, contributing to data integrity and the scaling of our people strategy. Note: GumGum fosters a flexible work environment, offering GumGummers the ability to work either in-office or remotely/from home. However, for occasional in-person collaboration, we kindly ask that this position be located within a 'commutable' distance to our office.
