The People Operations Coordinator is, primarily, a site-focused role responsible for providing high-quality administrative and operational HR support in close partnership with the People Business Partner (PBP). This position serves as a primary point of contact for employees during weekends and high-volume periods, supporting orientation, offboarding, employee inquiries, payroll processes, and daily People Operations to ensure timely, compliant, and consistent service. The role is primarily based at the Gilbert, Arizona site, with secondary support for the Mesa, Arizona location and broader network needs, as required. Location: Gilbert, AZ (Onsite) Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday Day Shift Pay Range: $26 - $31 / hr
