About The Position

The People Operations Coordinator supports core People Operations functions by managing employment verifications, Form I-9s, employee documentation, and HRIS data. They assist with new hire onboarding, employee events, engagement surveys, and the Summer Intern Program, while providing cross-functional support across HR workstreams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent years relevant experience
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • HRIS experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates logistics for training programs, workshops, and meetings, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication
  • Maintains accurate training records, certifications, and program data in the LMS, ensuring data integrity and reporting readiness
  • Tracks attendance and supports reporting on participation, completion rates, and program outcomes
  • Prepares and distributes L+D communications, reporting, and learning materials
  • Coordinates logistics for external education, including travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and employee support
  • Identifies process improvements related to scheduling, tracking, and program delivery and escalates opportunities
  • Supports new hire onboarding logistics, including pre-employment tasks and orientation coordination
  • Assists with planning and execution of employee events and engagement initiatives
  • Enters and maintains accurate data within the HRIS; runs reports and provides data to stakeholders
  • Supports company-wide engagement surveys and assists with preparation and data analysis
  • Assists with internship and early career programming coordination
  • Provides general administrative and project support across People Operations workstreams as needed
