Position Overview The People Operations Coordinator provides critical support across the full employee lifecycle with a focus on delivering a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for all team members. This role involves onboarding administration, employment data changes, leave management coordination, Tier 1 benefits support, compliance tasks, talent sourcing, people's programs and recognition, and offboarding processes. The HR Coordinator partners closely with the Talent Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and employee centric execution of all People & Culture workflows.
