About The Position

The People Operations Associate is a hands-on, detail-oriented partner to the Director of People Operations, supporting the day-to-day execution of people programs across Ravenswood Studio and Luci. This role is central to keeping HR operations running smoothly — maintaining accurate systems, supporting employees at every stage of their journey, and helping build the infrastructure that both businesses rely on. This is a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional who wants to develop breadth across all areas of People Ops — from HRIS and benefits to recruiting and employee engagement — in a fast-moving, creative environment. We're scrappy and building. Success in this role looks like executing the fundamentals with care, earning trust across both organizations, and growing alongside a People Ops function that's still taking shape.
