The People Operations Analyst sits at the intersection of employee experience and operational rigor. This role owns a defined set of HR processes end-to-end, including new hire coordination, employee lifecycle events, HRIS transactions, reporting, and People Operations issue resolution. The role works closely with Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition and is expected to identify and close operational gaps before they create friction for employees or the business. This role is based in our Raleigh office.
