The People Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting Tailwind Group’s people development strategy, leadership culture, and team-member experience. This individual will partner directly with the Chief People Officer to ensure smooth administration, clear communication, and excellent execution of leadership initiatives. A successful People Operations Administrator will be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by building systems and tools that strengthen culture and operational excellence. This is a full-time position working a standard schedule, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Nights or weekends may be required from time to time dependent on business needs. This position must be fulfilled out of the corporate office in Mankato, MN. The compensation range for this position is $48,000 - $62,000 plus bonus potential. This range is determined by current market data based on the position requirements and complexities. Final offers of employment will be based on multiple factors including candidate education, skills, experience, and location.
