About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented People Services Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day HR operations, help create a positive employee experience, and contribute to key initiatives like recruitment, onboarding, and employee programs. If you enjoy staying organized, working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly, and collaborating with others—this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working with Windows-based systems and standard office tools

Responsibilities

  • Keep employee records accurate and up to date in HR and benefits systems (new hires, role changes, compensation updates, and departures)
  • Maintain organized and compliant employee files, including performance and compensation documentation
  • Serve as a first point of contact for HR questions and direct inquiries to the right team members
  • Create employee ID badges and manage access within security systems
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and general administrative support for HR and operations teams
  • Support employee recognition programs, retirement initiatives, and other engagement activities
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and supporting candidate processes
  • Help with claims, accommodations, and other employee support processes
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Jump in on special projects and provide administrative support wherever needed
