About The Position

A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company is seeking a People (HR) Operations Administrator. Working as part of the People Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting global People programs and projects while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The team is responsible for a wide range of HR systems, administration, analysis, and employee support to our global workforce (APAC, US, and EMEA).

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience with HR administration or HR/People Operations.
  • Experience supporting deadline-driven operational work with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Proficiency with HR software and cloud-based HR technology (SuccessFactors and ServiceNow ideal).
  • Helpfulness and the ability to go above and beyond to deliver a great employee experience.
  • Proactive and willing to learn and embrace technology to improve employee experience and how we get our work done.
  • Basic working knowledge of United States labor laws and employment policies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience drafting or reviewing employment agreements and contracts is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Visa & I-9 processing, employment verification, benefits administration, and payroll reporting and inputs is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize ServiceNow to support employee and manager inquiries on Tier 1 People-related matters and how to navigate systems and processes: escalating as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records across HR and Global Mobility systems, ensuring strong data integrity and audit readiness.
  • Support global mobility and employment work authorization processes, including monitoring visa expirations and escalating time-sensitive actions.
  • Review immigration and employment documentation for interns, early career hires, and employees to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Conduct Form I-9 verifications and reverifications, supporting ongoing audit readiness and federal compliance.
  • Partner closely with Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of People processes.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools, responsibly, to improve documentation, case handling, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with benefits-related inquiries, documentation, and data updates across HR systems with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and employee experience.
