This isn’t a maintenance role — it’s a build, optimize, and elevate opportunity. As we scale from 100 to 200+ employees, you’ll partner closely with leadership to architect and strengthen the foundations that power our growth: performance management, compensation operations, employee relations, global compliance, and core people processes. You’ll operate at both the strategic and hands-on levels — leading a performance cycle one week and redesigning our global onboarding experience the next.
