This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. In this "high touch" role you will be responsible for helping People Leaders, Director and below with their People Responsibilities. You will assist with Performance Management, Conflict Resolution, and overall HR support to people leaders. You will assist People Leaders with Communications to secure Employee Engagement and Compliance. You will support our HR Business Partners of a Business Unit or Global Function so they can focus on Strategic Planning and development of Talent within their organization. This role is expected to recommend process improvements and simplification recommendations that supports Business and HR strategy. You may also work on Global Projects or Programs as needed especially with US implementation. You will engage and work alongside different HR, Workforce Solutions, and COE organizations to ensure dependencies with internal HR Projects and Programs are identified and incorporated appropriately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years related HR generalist experience with a focus in employee relations and/or employment law.
  • Previous experience coaching and advising HR matters to people leaders in an organization.
  • Experience in cross-functional areas, such as compensation, benefits, staffing, recruiting, or HRIT preferred.
  • Process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes, with a specialization in one to two process areas.
  • Basic HR knowledge.
  • Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and consulting.
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Ability to use productivity tools, HR systems and applications.
  • Project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation.
  • Ability to recognize and effectively manage the consequences of a process.

Responsibilities

  • Provides guidance as a Trusted Advisor to People Leaders helping them successfully execute on their People responsibilities.
  • Contributes to priority projects that impact employees at the country level.
  • Provides input on HR Operations transaction, reporting, support or content tools.
  • Provides in country support for Global and COE Programs.
