About The Position

This role is for a People Lead within the Customer Service & Logistics organization at Mondelēz International. The People Lead will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, supporting business strategies and HR operating plans to drive performance. The role involves coaching leadership on priorities across talent management, rewards, performance, culture, engagement, pipeline management, and succession planning. The People Team supports teams responding to global supply chain challenges within MDLZ’s $10B U.S. Business Unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a business partner
  • Strong business acumen and leadership in HR.
  • Ability to build HR operating plans, people/capability roadmaps to enable people and business growth
  • Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations with increasing responsibility ideally, but not necessarily, within FMCG/CPG.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships and coach senior function leaders.
  • Ability to create and lead change strategy and complex transformation.
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.
  • Future focused, thinking ahead and anticipating opportunities, leverage an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Prior experience in supply chain / logistics desirable but not required.
  • Prior experience with high performance work systems like lean six sigma, TPM valued but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to translate organizational strategy into team-level objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with peers, HR/People Partners, and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to organizational design decisions.
  • Represent the team's interests and advocate for necessary resources, tools, and support.
  • Own the end-to-end People strategy for select teams within the U.S. Customer Service & Logistics function, covering Organization, Talent, Capability, and Culture.
  • Conduct workforce planning, leveraging data and analytics to proactively implement solutions that enable business strategy.
  • Partner on organization design and implementation of people plans and function transformation agendas.
  • Accelerate core capability development in line with strategic plans.
  • Own the end-to-end talent agenda, partnering with leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to attract, onboard, and build internal succession through development planning.
  • Partner with leaders to enable a growth culture that translates into employee engagement.
  • Foster a culture of psychological safety, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the team.
  • Monitor team health and engagement, proactively addressing concerns and implementing improvements.
  • Provide People support on transformation initiatives as needed.
  • Support compensation and recognition decisions as part of the talent strategy.
  • Partner with leaders to support and guide organizations through transition and transformation projects.
  • Partner and support legal and ER teams to drive on-ground actions and case management.
