About The Position

Belden’s US Internship Program offers current students an opportunity to work on important business projects, collaborate with experienced managers and deliver real results for the organization. Over 12 weeks, you will gain hands-on experience crafting business solutions while developing project management skills, interpersonal skills, and function-specific knowledge. As a member of our 2027 US Internship Program, you’ll be fully immersed in a global team of experts eager to teach and learn from you along the way. These fast-paced, project-based internship positions are ideal for students who are interested in developing themselves professionally, while also making a substantial contribution to the company. You’ll work towards goals, deliver results, and present to business leaders. Requirements

  • Current enrollment with pursuit of MBA or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Management
  • Related internship or work experience in human resources, talent acquisition, people operations, or people-facing environments that enabled leadership and problem-solving experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • High learning agility and intellectual curiosity along with initiative, accountability, and a bias for action
  • Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments, authorization to work in the country of employment

Responsibilities

  • Review HR policies, benefits and/or employee engagement plans to make changes and improvements
  • Assist in creation and roll-out of new employee programs and policies
  • Develop standardized processes and new, refreshed training materials
  • Contribute to the review, grading, and benchmarking of new job descriptions
  • Support the implementation of employee experience initiatives
