Our People Experience Partner (PXP) is an experienced HR professional who uses business acumen, HR expertise, and local knowledge to enable business and HR priorities. As part of JLL's HR Transformation model, PXPs serve as the strategic, on-the-ground HR presence — working in close partnership with HR Service Delivery, Knowledge Centers of Excellence (KCOEs), and People Partners to deliver a seamless, human-centered employee experience. PXPs are not the first point of contact for transactional HR matters- those are routed through AskJLL- but instead focus their energy on strategic partnership, employee relations, and enabling talent to do their best work.

Requirements

5+ years of Human Resources experience, with demonstrated HRBP or generalist experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline)
Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organization
Familiarity with HR service delivery models, including tiered HR support structures (e.g., shared services, centers of excellence)
Leadership
Drives the growth of the workforce on the ground, serving as a visible and trusted local HR professional
Skilled facilitator who can lead local and regional employee events and programs
Strong ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Problem Solving
Ability to identify process gaps and simplify workflows in alignment with the HR operating model
Passion for working with people across varied backgrounds, with a commitment to teaching and learning
Excellent organizational skills with a starter-finisher mentality and acute attention to detail
Comfortable escalating appropriately to KCOEs or People Partners when issues exceed the PXP scope
Interpersonal Skills
Ability to adjust communication styles to varying situations and audiences
Skilled at building robust, trust-based relationships with employees, managers, and HR colleagues
An appetite for exceeding expectations and creating "wow" moments within the business
Collaborative partner who actively engages KCOEs and AskJLL to deliver the best outcomes for employees and the business

Responsibilities

Act as the local delivery expert of JLL's global HR strategy, ensuring local policies and practices align with the Global HR strategy and Accelerate 2030 priorities
Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative, sustainable solutions that address root causes
Lead or participate in just-in-time projects that drive meaningful business results
Support assigned employee groups through business transitions, expansions, and stabilizations with a strong focus on employee experience
Operate within JLL's HR Transformation model by leveraging AskJLL as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries- directing employees and managers to AskJLL for transactional, policy, and process-related questions
Partner closely with Knowledge Centers of Excellence (KCOEs)- including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations — to ensure consistent, high-quality HR execution aligned to shared goals
Serve as the connector between the business and the broader HR ecosystem, facilitating warm handoffs to the appropriate HR function (AskJLL, KCOE, or People Partner) to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and at the right level
Champion the use of HR digital tools and platforms (including AskJLL, Workday, and MyLearning) to drive self-service adoption and reduce administrative burden on both employees and HR
Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, transitions, and offboarding)
Triage and route employee relations situations to the Employee Relations Knowledge Center, serving as a liaison to ensure employees are connected to the right support
Contribute to a culture of inclusion that celebrates diversity and promotes employee belonging
Cultivate strong, meaningful relationships with local employees, managers, and People Partners as the trusted "on the ground" HR presence
Provide strategic consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support
Partner with managers on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
Facilitate local and regional employee events, programs, and learning experiences in partnership with the Learning & Development KCOE
