About The Position

The People Experience Lead partners closely with the Chief People Officer to help shape and deliver the people vision across a fully remote, AI-native, squad-based organisation. This is a senior generalist role spanning the full employee lifecycle - performance, leadership, culture, capability, wellbeing and talent - operating with a high degree of autonomy and judgement. Rather than managing the team, the role coaches and mentors both the People Experience team and peers across other squads, lifting people capability wherever it's needed. It suits a senior generalist ready to operate with real autonomy and grow their influence over time - someone who partners day-to-day with squad leads, guild leads and the wider leadership team as a trusted people advisor. This is a unique role to make an impact in an organisation that offers diversity day to day and never a dull moment.
