About The Position

We're partnering with a growing international medical device company to hire a People Director, US to lead the People function across its largest and fastest-growing employee population. Reporting to the Global Head of People, this role will serve as the senior HR leader for the U.S. business, partnering closely with leadership to drive employee relations, organizational effectiveness, performance management, compliance, compensation & benefits, and overall People strategy.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in U.S. employment law.
• Deep expertise in employee relations.
• Deep expertise in business partnering.
• Experience in healthcare/MedTech.
• Experience in a startup or scaling organization.
• SHRM certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior HR leader for the U.S. business.
• Partner closely with leadership to drive employee relations, organizational effectiveness, performance management, compliance, compensation & benefits, and overall People strategy.
• Partner directly with U.S. leadership on workforce planning, talent, and organizational growth.
• Lead employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, and people operations.
• Help build scalable processes and strengthen manager capability in a high-growth environment.
• Collaborate with global leadership on key People initiatives.
