As a key member of our leadership team, you'll help shape the employee experience across the Y. In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of our human resources strategy, working closely with senior leadership, branch managers, and directors to support our mission and strategic goals. From attracting and retaining great people to strengthening onboarding, performance management, leadership development, compensation, benefits, and workplace culture, you'll play a vital role in helping our teams thrive. Building strong relationships is at the heart of what we do. You'll serve as a trusted resource for supervisors and staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support through workplace concerns and opportunities for professional growth. You'll help foster a positive, inclusive environment rooted in the YMCA core values of honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. You'll also bring your strategic and detail-oriented side to the table by overseeing HR policies and compliance, employee records and HR systems, benefits administration, compensation structures, training initiatives, and other important processes that help keep our organization running smoothly. No two days will be exactly alike, and you'll welcome the challenge to advocate for our employees, align organizational priorities, and balance compliance and risk management needs daily.

Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $65,000+ DOE
