People Development Partner Reporting to: People Development Manager About the Team : Join a dynamic HR organization, structured around specialized centers of excellence to support the business at scale. Our People Development team plays a central role in driving talent growth, learning, and performance strategies across the organization, working closely with HR Business Partners and management teams. Role Overview : We are looking for a People Development Partner to support recruitment activities and manage the training, career development, and performance management pillars within the organization. This role plays a key part in shaping talent growth strategies and fostering a culture of continuous development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience within a multinational organization, ideally in the IT sector.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Creative mindset with a genuine interest in artificial intelligence and its applications in HR.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in internal communication, with the ability to craft and deliver clear, engaging messages to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and select top talent.
• Design, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs.
• Support career management initiatives, including mobility and succession planning.
• Drive performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Partner with managers to identify development needs and build tailored action plans.
• Lead and coordinate internal communication initiatives related to People Development programs, ensuring clear, timely, and engaging messaging across the organization.
• Develop creative employee engagement and internal communication initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR development tools and practices, with a focus on innovative and AI-driven solutions.
