Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR or a related field
  • 2--3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent organization and flexibility
  • A natural ability to connect with people--from team members to residents to the public
  • High integrity and a caring, positive attitude
  • A knack for problem-solving and staying adaptable
  • A desire to make a meaningful difference every day
