About The Position

World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general-purpose, short-term, real-estate-collateralized commercial loans to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding. WBL services its loan portfolio and third-party loan portfolios, specializing in the management of non-performing loan pools and REO. The company is U.S.-based and has a 100% remote workforce. This is a remote contract/consultant position. Working hours are 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. The role requires excellent oral and written command of English, and resumes must be submitted in English.

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or as an onboarding specialist.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
Excellent oral and written command of English.
Resume must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring that documentation and systems access are in place.
Maintain and update the company’s organisational structure.
Assist in managing day-to-day employee relations.
Support the planning and tracking of company training initiatives, ensuring timely completion and accurate records.
Help draft and distribute internal communications.
Provide payroll support.
Enforce HR policies and procedures.
Assist with weekly HR reporting.
