We are seeking a People Data Enablement Manager to join our Insights Enablement team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders, ensuring people data solutions are designed, delivered, and adopted in ways that create meaningful business impact. You will partner closely with product, engineering, analytics, and business leaders to understand user needs, define requirements, shape scalable solutions, and drive successful adoption. This is a highly consultative role focused on translating business problems into solutions, leading enablement efforts, and helping users confidently leverage people data to make better decisions. As LinkedIn continues to invest in self-service analytics, AI-powered experiences, and scalable people data solutions, this role will play a critical part in ensuring employees and leaders have the tools, resources, and support needed to maximize value from those investments.
