This role supports the core functions of hiring, onboarding, HR operations, payroll and benefits administration, training coordination, and employee engagement. These responsibilities serve as a critical foundation for Bethesda—ensuring that our team members are supported well and that our processes reflect excellence, integrity, and care. The right person will bring structure, follow-through, and attention to detail, while working collaboratively across the organization to support leaders and employees. This role requires someone who values confidentiality, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of ensuring things are done well and on time.
