The People & Culture Specialist serves as the Talent Acquisition Champion within our People & Culture Center of Excellence, playing a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle with a strong emphasis on recruitment strategy, workforce planning, candidate experience, onboarding, and organizational growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, intrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building relationships, creating exceptional employee experiences, and helping organizations scale thoughtfully and strategically.
