About The Position

Deibel Laboratories is seeking a People & Culture Partner to support multiple lab locations and approximately 150 associates. This is a hands-on role working directly with lab leaders to support onboarding, employee relations, training, and overall associate experience. This is not a behind-the-scenes HR role. You’ll be embedded in the business—partnering with leaders, navigating real situations, and helping drive consistency across a fast-paced, operational environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR, People & Culture, or employee relations experience
  • Comfortable handling employee situations and coaching leaders
  • Strong communication, follow-through, and judgment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in lab, manufacturing, healthcare, or similar environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with lab leaders on employee relations, performance, and coaching
  • Support onboarding and ensure a consistent Day 0–90 experience
  • Monitor training completion and conduct verifications as needed
  • Identify retention risks and support engagement efforts
  • Align people practices with lab operations and staffing needs
