The position requires providing coaching and mentoring to the team, assisting the Director of Talent & Culture in developing strategic HR plans, and identifying strategies to foster a progressive work culture for employee development and retention. The role also emphasizes fostering Raffles Values and Brand personality, treating employees with respect, building trustful relationships through open communication, and exceeding guest expectations. Operations include designing methods for continuous improvement in service delivery, ensuring staff rules and regulations are communicated and enforced, maintaining employee records and legal documents, preparing personnel reports, analyzing manpower requirements, monitoring industry trends, and inspecting staff facilities. Leadership qualities such as persuasion, motivation, honesty, integrity, ethical behavior, tactfulness, openness, cultural awareness, self-confidence, drive, tenacity, strategic thinking, and acknowledging others' ideas are essential.
