Operating in this environment requires a resilient, agile and people-centred workforce capable of responding to rapidly evolving humanitarian and development priorities. As a strategic member of the Country Management Team, the People and Culture Manager leads on the P&C Agenda, ensuring the organization attracts, develops and retains a high-performing workforce while fostering staff wellbeing, organizational resilience and an inclusive workplace culture. The People and Culture Manager will serve as a strategic HR partner, anticipating people-related needs and developing proactive solutions that align human resources management with organizational objectives. The role provides strategic leadership on workforce planning, talent management, organizational change, emergency preparedness and response, and duty of care, enabling UNICEF Lebanon to deliver results for children in a complex operating environment.
