About The Position

StepStone Hospitality is seeking a dynamic People & Culture Manager to join the leadership team at the Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore. This role is responsible for supporting all human resources functions while fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with StepStone Hospitality’s mission and values. The People & Culture Manager will partner with hotel leadership to support recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and team member engagement while ensuring a welcoming and inclusive work environment for all employees.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience supporting a diverse workforce

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day People & Culture (Human Resources) operations for the hotel
  • Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and orientation of new team members
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, coaching, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support training initiatives and team member development
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives
  • Assist with benefits administration and workers’ compensation reporting
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
