In this role, you will support the property’s employee engagement initiatives and onboarding processes. You will help maintain accurate employee records, support internal audits, and provide occasional assistance to Learning & Development programs. You will uphold Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct while performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across teams.
