This role focuses on developing and implementing comprehensive People & Culture integration strategies for mergers and acquisitions. The Director will lead the preparation and onboarding of new partners, serve as a primary point of contact, and champion a positive experience for all teammates. Responsibilities include conducting People & Culture due diligence, consolidating impact assessments, and translating findings into actionable integration plans. The role requires close collaboration with the Integration Management Office, other People & Culture teams, and business units such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure cohesive integration plans that support overall business objectives. Project and change management are key, overseeing integration projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, and leading change management and communication efforts to support employees through the integration process. Championing a seamless and inclusive onboarding experience for acquired employees, prioritizing engagement, retention, and well-being, is also crucial. The role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating HR-related risks and reporting on the progress of integration activities.
