The People & Culture Advisor is a key partner to our Canadian operations and the primary point of contact for leaders and associates across the full employee lifecycle. This role provides practical, people-first guidance on a wide range of HR matters, while ensuring compliance with federal and provincial employment legislation. Working closely with leaders across the organization, the Advisor plays an active role in shaping employee experiences, supporting performance and employee relations matters, and contributing to a culture of accountability and care. This role also partners with our U.S. People & Culture team to support alignment across our cross-border operations.
