Requirements

  • A post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field, OR equivalent relevant experience in a similar role.
  • A bias for action, working with urgency and personal accountability to deliver results.
  • A belief that hands-on experience is the best way to grow.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent and accurate execution during high-detail tasks.
  • Service-oriented approach with pride in interactions and the ability to communicate positively and proactively.
  • Curiosity about AI and finding creative ways to incorporate it into work beyond using it as a search engine.
  • Willingness to spark conversations and build connections with people outside the immediate team.

Responsibilities

  • Transact all assigned P&C operations tasks with high accuracy, including Onboarding, Offboarding, role changes, and other employee lifecycle changes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within employee lifecycle workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary owner of process documentation, designing, auditing, and evolving internal workflows to serve as the 'single source of truth' for the team, ensuring 100% operational clarity and consistency.
  • Improve employee self-service capabilities by maintaining a high-quality, up-to-date knowledge base (using Confluence).
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience by supporting talent acquisition processes, including candidate screening, screening interviews, scheduling, reference checks, and ATS configuration.
  • Maintain 100% data integrity within the HRIS, ensuring it remains the single source of truth for all people data and organizational reporting.
  • Contribute to ongoing talent program delivery, such as engagement surveys, merit and performance reviews, and benefits renewals.
