About The Position

TopDog Law is looking for a detail-obsessed Recruitment Coordinator to support our People team across the full hiring lifecycle, from requisition creation and recruiting to offer letters, background checks, and onboarding. You’ll also contribute to employer branding and help keep our recruiting operations running smoothly. This role is built for someone who takes pride in precision, communicates proactively, and thrives when no two days look the same. This role is critical to our success because it directly impacts team efficiency, supports speed, quality, and consistency as we scale, helps protect and elevate the TopDog Law brand and client experience, and strengthens the foundation needed to grow responsibly and sustainably.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Recruiting, HR, or People Operations/Coordinator role
  • Canva or design tool proficiency for creating branding and recruitment materials
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to think critically, prioritize effectively, and execute with speed

Nice To Haves

  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience (Rippling or similar)
  • Familiarity with background check platforms (Checkr or similar)
  • Experience in a fast-growing or high-volume environment
  • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving systems
  • Experience in legal, professional services, or client-centric organizations

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting administration for high-volume, entry-level roles, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers
  • Create and manage job requisitions for Recruitment Team across internal systems and external job boards
  • Draft accurate offer letters for Recruitment Team and manage background check processes from initiation through completion
  • Assist with onboarding support and ad hoc People team needs, including drafting promotional offer letters, compensation change notifications, and other employee communications
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics: IT setup, orientation scheduling, and documentation
  • Serve as the point of contact for new hires during pre-boarding, ensuring a seamless day-one experience
  • Support employer branding efforts through job postings, social content, and candidate-facing materials using Canva and other marketing tools
  • Maintain organized ATS records and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance)
  • Partner with the People team on process improvements, documentation, and ad hoc coordination
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, or outcomes—not just following existing playbooks
