The People Center Coordinator is a key member of the People Center team and a primary point of contact for employee questions and support across our Williston and Winooski facilities. This role supports a wide range of human resources responsibilities, including new hire onboarding and orientations, benefits enrollment support, payroll support, and day-to-day People Center administration. The Coordinator works closely with the Vice President – People Center and the Senior Generalist – People Center to help deliver accurate, timely, and confidential HR services.
