The team partners closely with Technology and other business areas to deliver coordinated people support aligned with business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, with a strong academic record
  • 4–7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally supporting Technology professionals
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to understand the business, its people, and its priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and recommendations
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Technology leaders, managers, and employees to implement people initiatives that strengthen engagement, team effectiveness, performance, productivity, and retention
  • Coach and advise leaders on people matters, helping them identify priorities, build organizational capability, and improve individual and team performance
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Technology organization, including its business priorities, operating environment, workforce needs, and talent objectives
  • Use employee and workforce data to identify trends, diagnose people-related challenges, and translate insights into practical recommendations
  • Apply AI-enabled tools and creative problem-solving to improve decision-making, enhance HR processes, and increase the impact of people initiatives
  • Lead and support core HR programs and processes, including performance management, talent and leadership development, and continuous feedback
  • Partner across the broader HR function, including regional HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and Experience, Global Mobility, Benefits, and Compensation, to deliver coordinated support to the business
