We are seeking a proactive and strategic People Business Partner (PBP) to support our high-growth Revenue organization. In this role, you will be a "first-line advisor" to our Sales and Customer Success leaders (SVP and VP+), ensuring our talent strategy fuels our business growth. You aren't just driving HR processes; you are a culture architect who understands the unique fast-paced dynamics of a revenue team. You will proactively identify organizational challenges across the business partner scope and implement scalable solutions that support a high-performing technical sales culture. StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position.
