About The Position

We're looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager who is passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience-from recruiting outstanding talent to helping our employees and their families thrive. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Five or more years of progressive HR or People Operations experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting employees across multiple states.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience recruiting professional and operational talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and build trust throughout an organization.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience supporting construction, engineering, professional services, or other multi-location organizations.
  • Experience leading employee engagement initiatives, culture development, or organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Champion Pavilion's culture across all offices and business units.
  • Develop programs that strengthen employee engagement and reinforce our core values.
  • Plan and coordinate company celebrations, recognition programs, volunteer opportunities, and team-building events.
  • Help create an environment where employees enjoy coming to work and are proud to represent Pavilion.
  • Develop recruiting strategies that attract exceptional talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and hire people who align with Pavilion's culture and values.
  • Build relationships with colleges, trade schools, industry organizations, and recruiting partners.
  • Enhance Pavilion's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Create an onboarding experience that makes every new employee feel welcomed and prepared for success.
  • Serve as the primary resource for employees and their families regarding benefits and company programs.
  • Lead benefit orientations and annual open enrollment.
  • Assist employees through life events, leave administration, accommodations, and benefit questions.
  • Coach managers on communication, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership best practices.
  • Help leaders navigate employee relations matters with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support succession planning, organizational development, and employee growth.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
  • Develop and maintain company policies and employment practices.
  • Monitor changes in employment legislation and recommend proactive improvements.
