Position Overview The People Analytics Leader partners with HR and business leaders to enable data‑driven decisions that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness. This role leads enterprise people analytics strategy, delivers actionable insights, and connects workforce data to business outcomes. The position also ensures responsible data governance and leads a small analytics team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Enterprise Data Analytics
  • Advanced experience building dashboards and analytics in Power BI
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders through data‑driven insights
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Hands‑on experience with Workday reporting or analytics
  • Experience delivering predictive analytics in a corporate environment
  • Previous people management or team‑lead experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the People Analytics roadmap aligned to workforce and business priorities
  • Deliver standardized dashboards, reports, and predictive analytics using Power BI
  • Analyze enterprise data to identify trends in engagement, productivity, turnover, and workforce planning
  • Integrate data across Workday and other HR, IT, and Finance systems
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations that inform decision‑making and change initiatives
  • Establish and maintain data privacy, governance, and compliance standards
  • Build data literacy and enable leaders to confidently use analytics
  • Manage and develop one People Analytics team member
