About The Position

The PEO Benefits Advisor partners with Rippling Account Executives, Account Managers, and PEO Account Executives to quote health insurance, provide comparative analysis of plans and rates, and present options to prospective and existing customers. The role works directly with customers and internal teams, uses the Rippling product, and helps build scalable processes as the PEO grows. It also collaborates across functions to reduce operational burden through software automation and has a direct impact on financial performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in a client-facing role in the health insurance industry.
• Deep understanding of the health insurance market.
• Excellent verbal and written client-facing communication skills.

• Solid Google Workspace skills, particularly Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Interface with prospects and customers to collect data needed for third-party underwriters to quote a group.
• Provide timely and accurate comparative analysis of existing plans and plans available on the Rippling PEO.
• Use the Rippling product to evaluate insurance plans and rates and enter plan selections.
• Partner with Rippling Sales Executives and PEO Account Executives to guide clients through insurance options.
• Establish processes that professionalize operations while optimizing efficiency and accuracy.
• Work cross-functionally to minimize operational burden through software automation.
