About The Position

WTW is seeking interns for their Pension Outsourcing team. This role involves providing general administration support and performing basic pension administration tasks for clients' defined benefit plans. Interns will work under the supervision of senior analysts, assist with project work, and support ad hoc client requests. The internship offers opportunities to learn about pension plan administration, contribute to team objectives, and gain experience in a data-driven, insight-led solutions environment.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Perform with guidance from internal clients, routine and recurring plan administrations tasks for clients' defined benefit plans, e.g., benefit calculations, annual data updates, assist with preparation of benefit statements
• Work cooperatively with other team members to complete tasks and to ensure unified delivery of services
• Gain a thorough understanding of pension plan administration
• Follow and update documentation materials as directed to maintain complete accurate work papers and audit trails
• Learn and use Excellence tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality output/service delivery
• Adhere to plan documents and government regulations in administering plans
• Actively participate in team meetings and training activities
• Be accountable to team members
