About The Position

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks a candidate as a Penn Medicine Clinician (PMC). The position is based at PCAM/HUP. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal is based on satisfactory performance. Responsibilities will primarily include outpatient consultative cardiology, non-invasive cardiology imaging interpretation, and will cover inpatient services as required. The preferred candidate will have achieved level III echocardiographic training. Applicants must have an M.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education, teaching, and clinical care. Teaching opportunities will be available with cardiology fellows as well as residents and medical students. Applicants must also be board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine.

Requirements

  • M.D. degree
  • Demonstrated excellent qualifications in education, teaching, and clinical care
  • Board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Medicine
  • License to practice medicine without restriction or limitation in Pennsylvania
  • DEA Licensure
  • 0-1 year of work experience of related experience in a specified medical field

Responsibilities
