Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Active or pending state physical therapist license

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient-first care in a supportive, therapist-owned environment.
  • Collaborate with a strong, supportive team of physical therapists.
  • Treat patients with compassion, expertise, and consistency.
  • Ensure continuity of care by working with the same therapist or therapy team.
  • Focus on patient care with the assistance of advanced documentation technology.
  • Treat musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including non-surgical and post-operative care.
  • Provide specialty care for patients with pelvic health dysfunction, neurological, dizziness, and balance disorders.
  • Align with the right clinical fit based on passion for orthopedics, pelvic health, or neuro.
  • Deliver exceptional care with appropriate caseloads and sufficient time and tools.
  • Participate in robust onboarding and structured mentorship.
  • Pursue specialty certifications and professional development tailored to goals.
  • Develop special interests across a range of therapy services.
  • Explore opportunities for growth into clinical instruction, leadership, and launching new clinics.
