As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state (Pennsylvania).
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
Collaborate with and mentor other clinicians.
Pursue specialties they are passionate about.
Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes.
Spend more time with patients focusing on their individualized treatment plan due to reasonable caseloads.
Become certified clinical instructors and mentor students (for experienced teammates).
