Requirements

Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college.
Appropriate liability insurance.
Client-focused approach, including cross-referring, following up, managing outreach, and accommodating client schedules.
Eagerness for personal growth and development, learning from leadership and peers.
Openness to giving and receiving feedback to adjust client care and performance.
Team player mentality, focused on both personal and team development.
Collaborative approach with the clinic's Front Desk team.
Strong communication skills and understanding of positive customer service.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care to every client.
Utilize clinical reasoning and judgment to create action plans for clients.
Engage with local referral sources to build caseloads.
Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education.
Partner with the Clinic Director and Lead Clinician for support and training.
