Requirements

  • Licensed and in good standing with your affiliated college.
  • Appropriate liability insurance.
  • Client-focused approach, including cross-referring, following up, managing outreach, and accommodating client schedules.
  • Eagerness for personal growth and development, learning from leadership and peers.
  • Openness to giving and receiving feedback to adjust client care and performance.
  • Team player mentality, focused on both personal and team development.
  • Collaborative approach with the clinic's Front Desk team.
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of positive customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care to every client.
  • Utilize clinical reasoning and judgment to create action plans for clients.
  • Engage with local referral sources to build caseloads.
  • Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education.
  • Partner with the Clinic Director and Lead Clinician for support and training.
