The Osher Center for Integrative Health at Vanderbilt is seeking an experienced Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join their collaborative, relationship-centered care team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physical therapist with expertise in pelvic health rehabilitation, pelvic floor dysfunction, and chronic pain management to practice in a truly integrative healthcare environment. Therapists work alongside nurse practitioners, physicians, psychologists, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and movement specialists to develop highly individualized treatment plans that address the whole person. Physical therapy appointments are scheduled for 50 minutes, allowing therapists the time needed for comprehensive evaluations, hands-on care, patient education, and meaningful therapeutic relationships. Patients are paired with a primary therapist and remain with that provider throughout their care journey, promoting continuity of care and improved outcomes. The selected therapist will join a team of four physical therapists and become a key resource for patients requiring specialized pelvic floor rehabilitation services, helping expand access to care while keeping patients connected within Vanderbilt Health. The Osher Center exists to provide relationship-centered care in a healing environment. Using an interprofessional, team-based approach, they empower patients to access their natural capacity for health and healing through evidence-based integrative medicine. Their providers focus on treating the whole person by combining conventional healthcare with complementary therapies such as acupuncture, yoga, movement therapies, behavioral health support, and physical therapy. As one of only nine Osher Centers for Integrative Health worldwide, they are recognized leaders in advancing whole-person healthcare through clinical care, education, and research.
