About The Position

Myo is seeking a Full-Time Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist for its growing clinic in West Hollywood. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about empowering clients to move better and feel better, longer. The West Hollywood clinic serves a vibrant community of fitness enthusiasts and wellness-focused individuals. The Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist will provide specialized, holistic care in pelvic health, including pelvic pain, incontinence, and postpartum recovery. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic clientele, be part of a team redefining pelvic floor care, and engage in continuous learning and professional development. The role emphasizes 1:1 expert care, full-body assessment, clinical reasoning, and proactive insights to prevent injury and improve movement.

Requirements

Licensed or license eligible in Los Angeles with advanced training, specialization or certification in pelvic health.
Put clients' needs first, demonstrated through behaviors such as: cross-referring clients to other clinicians when appropriate, following up with clients after appointments, managing outreach to unscheduled or "dropped" clients and an openness to work with clients' schedules.
Advocate for own growth and development and eager to learn from leadership and fellow clinicians.

Team player, caring deeply about own growth and ensuring the development of the entire team.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized and holistic care in pelvic health such as pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum recovery, and other pelvic health dysfunctions.
Deliver high-quality care to every client.
Use clinical reasoning and judgment to deliver care and create action plans to help clients achieve their goals.
Engage with local referral sources to support the development of caseloads.
Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education.
Partner with the Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to determine support and training needs for professional growth.
