This full-time role is split between our Aledo and Weatherford outpatient clinics, offering the opportunity to build expertise in pelvic health while maintaining a small general orthopedic caseload. Whether you're an experienced pelvic health provider or a new grad with a strong interest in the specialty, this position offers mentorship, continuing education, and a welcoming clinical team to help you grow.

Requirements

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current state license or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
New grads with strong interest in pelvic health are encouraged to apply
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

Specialized training in pelvic floor therapy (e.g., coursework, certifications) is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based pelvic floor therapy for men and women, including pre- and postpartum diagnoses, incontinence, pelvic pain, and related dysfunctions
Treat a secondary caseload of general orthopedic patients as needed
Work across both Arlington and Fort Worth clinic locations with a consistent schedule
Document care using Raintree EMR with AI-supported documentation tools
Participate in ongoing learning and mentorship within a collaborative clinical team
