About The Position

Peloton is hiring retail sales professionals for its Phoenix store at Peloton Store – Chandler Fashion Center. The Retail Team builds relationships with customers, educates them about Peloton products, and closes sales. The hiring event covers three roles: Lead Expert (full-time), Peloton Expert (part-time), and Seasonal Part-Time Peloton Expert through January 31st. Roles offer competitive hourly base pay and eligibility to participate in a monthly commission compensation plan.

The Lead Expert is a top-performing sales professional and floor leader who reports to the Store Manager. This role drives individual revenue, manages CRM leads, coaches peers, supports floor operations when the manager is absent, and conducts product demonstrations. It requires 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in premium or commission sales, peer-mentorship ability, organization, CRM experience, and an interest in health and wellness. The role involves standing, walking, demonstrating products, and lifting 35+ lbs.

The part-time Peloton Expert builds client relationships, drives sales through product demonstrations, and maintains visual and operational standards. The role includes individual sales achievement, Salesforce CRM outreach by phone and email, customer service, and product education. Candidates should have prior customer-facing sales experience, strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and schedule flexibility. The role involves standing, walking, demonstrating products, and lifting 25+ lbs.

The Seasonal Part-Time Peloton Expert works through January 31st during the holiday season. The role delivers in-store experiences, educates guests about Peloton products and content, and helps new Members begin their fitness journeys. Duties include customer engagement, product matching, supporting community and marketing events, and inventory and merchandising tasks. Candidates should have customer service or fitness experience, empathetic listening skills, strong teamwork, and flexible availability during the seasonal timeframe. The role involves standing, walking, demonstrating products, and lifting 25+ lbs.

Requirements

• Lead Expert: At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in premium or commission sales.
